bdrk1 Terms and Conditions

bdrk1 (hereinafter "Platform", "we" or "us") is an online betting and casino platform that provides services to users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between bdrk1 and each registered user of the platform ("User").

These Terms apply to all services, games, promotional offers, and any activities related to bdrk1. Our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guidelines are also considered an integral part of these Terms.

1.1 Language and Communication

These Terms are written in Bengali. If a translation in another language is available, the Bengali version will always be considered the authoritative version. bdrk1 provides customer support in both Bengali and English.

1.2 Legal Authority

Any dispute regarding the interpretation or application of these Terms will be considered final by the decision of bdrk1 management. In the event of any dispute, both parties will attempt to resolve it through amicable discussion.

The following eligibility requirements must be met to use the bdrk1 platform:

• The user must be 21 years of age or older.
• The user must be accessing from a region where online gaming activities are not prohibited.
• The user must be a legally capable person and entitled to enter into a valid contract on their own behalf.
• The user must not have had a bdrk1 account permanently closed for any reason previously.

bdrk1 may request documents for age verification at any time when required. Accounts created with false information will be closed immediately and any pending winnings may be forfeited.

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each user may open only one account. Opening multiple accounts under the same person's name is strictly prohibited. If bdrk1 confirms that a user is operating multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed immediately and balances may be forfeited.

3.2 Registration Information

All information provided at the time of account registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false information will be considered a breach of this agreement.

3.3 Account Security

The user is personally responsible for the security of their account. Specifically:

• Keep your password confidential at all times and do not share it with anyone.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared devices.
• If you suspect unauthorised access, contact the support team immediately.
• Do not allow any other person to use your account.

bdrk1 is not responsible for losses arising from third-party access, unless it is proven that such losses were directly caused by our negligence.

3.4 Verification Process

bdrk1 may request a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued documents for identity verification at any time. Failure or refusal to complete verification may result in the account being temporarily suspended.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bdrk1 supports the following payment methods:

• Mobile Banking: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfer: Major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and BRAC Bank

4.2 Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal

The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 (three hundred taka) — this applies to all payment methods. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka).

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. However, this time may increase if identity verification is pending or additional security checks are required.

4.4 Account Funds

Funds deposited into a user's account may only be used for betting and gaming activities. Account balances do not earn interest. bdrk1 keeps client funds and operational funds separate.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users are eligible to receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit up to ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Depositing ৳22,000 or more will earn the maximum bonus of ৳10,000, giving a total balance of ৳32,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 10x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = a total of ৳10,000 must be wagered before withdrawing bonus winnings.

5.3 Bonus Terms

• Wagering must be completed within the specified time from the date the bonus is received.
• Withdrawals cannot be made directly from the bonus balance — it becomes withdrawable only after wagering is completed.

• bdrk1 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.
• Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts or using bonuses fraudulently is prohibited.

5.4 VIP Program

bdrk1 has five VIP levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Progression to higher levels is possible through regular play. Up to 1.0% weekly cashback is available at the Diamond level. VIP benefits may change at bdrk1's discretion.

6.1 General Betting Rules

All bets on bdrk1 are accepted at the odds or conditions displayed at the time of placement. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless there is a technical error on the platform.

6.2 Technical Issues

If any bet or game session is affected by a technical fault or disconnection, bdrk1 will resolve it based on available server records. In such situations, bdrk1's decision is final.

6.3 Game Results

The results of all games are determined by an independent Random Number Generator (RNG). bdrk1 is committed to fair play and does not artificially influence any outcome.

6.4 Sports Betting

For sports betting, event results will be determined according to the official announcement of the relevant authority. For bets on rescheduled, suspended, or cancelled events, bdrk1's applicable rules will be followed.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdrk1 platform and may result in account termination:

• Operating multiple accounts or using a third party's account.
• Coordinated betting activity for the purpose of manipulating the bonus system.
• Using software, robots, scripts, or automated methods for betting or gaming.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities of the platform or attempting to hack it.
• Using the platform for illegal or criminal purposes.
• Aggressive, abusive, or threatening behaviour towards other users or staff.
• Activities related to money laundering or any financial crime.
• Using third-party payment methods without authorisation.

If any of the above violations are identified, bdrk1 will conduct an investigation and reserves the right to immediately close the relevant account and seize all balances if necessary.

8.1 Closure at User's Request

Any user may close their account at any time by contacting the support team. All pending withdrawals will be processed before the account is closed.

8.2 Termination by bdrk1

bdrk1 may close any account immediately or with notice for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• Failure to complete age verification.
• Account inactive for an extended period.
• Regulatory or legal requirements.

8.3 Balance Refund

If bdrk1 closes an account under normal circumstances (without a breach of terms), any valid balance will be returned to the user's registered payment method.

11.1 Service Availability

bdrk1 makes reasonable efforts to ensure uninterrupted service on the platform. However, service may be disrupted due to maintenance, technical issues, or external factors, and bdrk1 is not responsible for such disruptions.

11.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bdrk1 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Full responsibility for losses arising from betting or gaming activities rests with the user.

11.3 Third-Party Content

Games from third-party providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt, and Microgaming) are available on the bdrk1 platform. The respective provider is responsible for all technical matters related to those games.

12.1 Right to Modify

bdrk1 reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, users will be notified via their registered email address or through a notification on the platform.

12.2 Continued Use After Changes

Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms and conditions. If a user does not agree to the new terms, they may stop using the platform and close their account.

12.3 Severability

If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be removed and the remaining terms will continue in full force and effect.

12.4 Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions, the privacy policy, and the responsible gaming guidelines together form the entire agreement between bdrk1 and the user, and supersede any prior oral or written understandings.
